WHAT’S COOKING IN THE KITCHEN?

This weekend I took out some mallard duck breast and whipped up some duck wraps.  All I did was marinade the breast in a sauce, carmelized peppers and onions.  When grilling the duck, I made sure the heat was medium so it did not make them well done. From past experience, I enjoy duck the most when they are not well done and have a just a little red in the middle. Enjoy the pictures.20141005_193328
